Knight Fall
This is a game made for the MiniJam 183 about slaying all enemies in a 3 wave battle. You play as a knight, trying to survive in a world using dark magic spells and your trusty longsword. Different enemies deal varying amounts of damage.
IMPORTANT
If the UI doesn't look right, try changing zoom levels. This might fix it (I'm bad at godot UI)
Gameplay
You will start on the 'sigil circle' you may move to any adjacent or diagonal square. If an enemy occupies the square, you must kill it first before moving onto the square. The purple bar on the right is your 'action meter'. Every move and attack will use a certain number of points, moving diagonally will use more points than moving orthogonally.
There are 3 waves. You must kill every enemy in a wave to progress to the next. Enemies spawn on the outside of the 8x8 grid you live on, and will move towards you. You are not required to take an action on your turn, if you do not move you will gain some action points (AP), same goes for if you do not attack.
At the end of your turn your curse bar (on the right) will increase. The further away you are from the sigil circle, the more it will increase. When it increases, your corruption counter will increase by 1 as well. The 2 methods of decreasing your curse bar are collecting ghost orbs, or using your class ability. Ghost orbs spawn along the edge of the map, and so do healing orbs. Once your curse bar maxes out, you will take damage according to the value on the corruption counter, indicated by a 'fizzling' sound.

- WASD: turn.
- Q: move / attack square
- Point and click: Move/attack. May be necessary in some cases
- R: Weapon abilities
- F: Class abilities
